Surrounded by abandoned concrete buildings and factories, alongside the river overlooking Lisbon there is beauty. Hall creates a collection of Factory Works explore a mix of painting and drawings during her time in Barreiro, Portugal. The harsh concrete structures surrounded by the water, with rough textures inspired this series. Almost brutalist, these works on paper explore soft moments in contrast with these dark lines, outlining the elements of the town.
